• Copyrighted material without the explicit permission of the copyright owner (Please refer to our DMCA Policy).
• Content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or promotes illegal activities.
• Child exploitation material (Any such content will be immediately reported to the authorities).

4. Service Availability & Data Loss

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime and reliable high-speed downloads, TOXcloud is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We highly recommend that users keep local backups of their important files. TOXcloud shall not be held liable for any data loss, file corruption, or server downtime.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms of Service or if we detect suspicious or harmful activities linked to your account.
