Our Policy

TOXcloud respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

As a cloud storage provider, TOXcloud does not actively monitor user uploads. However, if we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take immediate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and terminating accounts of repeat infringers.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through TOXcloud by providing a notice that includes the following information:

• Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (Provide the exact TOXcloud File URLs).
• Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
